The much-awaited festival of Christmas was celebrated with fervor and zeal by the tiny tots of CMRNPS on 23rd December. To spread the message of love and good cheer, our students presented an array of interesting programs. The assembly echoed with Christmas carols especially “Rudolph the rednosed reindeer” and the “Santa Song”. The students presented a thought-provoking assembly on Christmas which emphasized that Christmas is more than just Santa, cards, toys, or gifts under the Christmas tree. The Christmas trees in the student’s houses were decked up beautifully.

The entire assembly brought forth the true meaning of the yuletide spirit which lies in the joy of giving and helping. The program commenced with a thanksgiving prayer to the Almighty and a provoking thought for the day. The Christmas nativity play enacted by the students was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience. The students who enacted the roles took their positions beautifully. Wearing bright and elaborate costumes, they were a delight to watch. The tiny sub juniors sang ‘Jingle Bells’ complete with a jig and got the entire audience to sing along with them. All in all, it was a fascinating and enjoyable Christmas virtual assembly.

Hope your stocking is stuffed with joy this year.
