CMRNPS pre-primary celebrated the grandparents day with a Hawaiian theme. The enormous turnout of grandparents who gathered to relive moments of their childhood exuberance with their grandchildren made the event a grand success.

We started by welcoming the Grandparents with a garland, wishing them Aloha! We took their palm prints with their child to mark this beautiful day. Our Children sang a happy grandparents day song on stage and enacted a quick play showing the importance of grandparents in our lives. To balance the tones set by the events, we had games in which grandparents participated with great zeal. Grandmoms showed their creative skills in their Hawaiin dressmaking activity. The photo booth was a big success.

With much cooperation from all of them, we pulled it off making our Grandparents day a memorable one for the children as well as the Grandparents, who left with pleasant memories, loads of appreciation and suggestions.
