Food is the basic human need to stay alive. Moreover, it is the need of every living organism. Therefore it is important that we should not waste food. Our world consists of different types of cultures. These cultures have varieties of dishes of food in them. Thus, all the dishes have different tastes. Furthermore, nature provides us with a variety of food. From fruits to vegetables, from Dairy food to seafood everything is available. Different countries have their specialty dishes.World-famous CuisinesItalian Cuisines – Italian cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines around the world. Moreover, it is widely available in our India too. Dishes like pizza, pasta, and lasagna have a special place in the hearts’ of people.
Furthermore, restaurants like Dominos and Pizza hut are available all over the country. People of every age love the taste of these Italian dishes. Also, Italian dishes are famous for their’ cheese filling’. Every dish is loaded with cheese. Which enhances the taste of these Italian dishes.
Indian cuisine – Indian cuisine is always filled with a lot of herbs and spices. Furthermore, the specialty of Indian dishes is, it is always filled with curries. Whether veg or non-veg the dishes are in curry form. Moreover, Indian cuisine has so many varieties of food that have further branches. The Branch consists of Mughal cuisine which is mostly non-vegetarian dishes. Also, almost every Indian loves Muglai dishes.
Chinese Cuisine – Chinese cuisine in India is also very popular. There are many Chinese theme-based restaurants here. Moreover, in these restaurants Chinese are preferable chefs because they can only give the perfect Chinese blend. Chinese cuisines have a wide variety of dishes. Some of them are Chinese noodles, fried rice, Dumplings, etc. Dumplings have a different name here. They go by the name of momos in India and people love the taste of it.
These were some of the favorites of Indian people. Moreover, these are in almost every part of the city. You can find it anywhere, whether it be in 5-star restaurants or at the side of the street as street foods.
Importance of Food in Our Life We cannot deny the importance of food in our lives. As it is the basic need to survive. Yet some people waste not thinking that there are still some people that do not get any of it. We should always be careful while having a meal on our plates.
In other words, we should take only that much that our stomach can allow. Or else there will be wasting food. In India many people are living in slums, they do not have proper shelter. Moreover, they are not able to have even a one-time meal. They starve for days and are always in a state of sickness.
Many children are there on roads who are laboring to get a daily meal. After seeing conditions like these people should not dare to waste food. Moreover, we should always provide food to the needy as much as we can.

We all know that the fast-food industry is increasing by leaps and bounds these days. People these days are more attracted to Junk food because it is appealing. Why is that? People are using manipulative ways to entice people to buy their fast food.
Moreover, junk food is prepared very easily. It takes minimum time to prepare it as it does not have any nutritious ingredients. We see how junk food does not have any special ingredients. It just contains common harmful ones in excess like oil, sugar, and more.
Furthermore, junk food is very reasonable. As it does not require any healthy material, it is not that costly. We see how it is available at very reasonable pricing. It is one of the main reasons why people buy it frequently. Most importantly, junk food has become very accessible now, more than ever. The major characteristic of junk food is that it spikes the energy levels instantly. It does not benefit your body, just satisfies your taste buds. If we intake junk food regularly, we get moody more often.
Moreover, regular consumption of junk food causes a drop in the concentration levels of a person. This is why we see how kids these days are easily distracted. Moreover, you may also notice how obesity is becoming common these days. It is a very chronic disease that is only enhanced by eating junk food.
Further, you may also notice how junk food increases blood pressure and sugar. A person gets more prone to heart diseases due to the fattening products used in it. Similarly, junk food is not easy to digest. This may gradually damage your brain function because it creates a lack of oxygen levels.
Junk food does not only damage the heart but the liver as well. It causes diabetes amongst people from an early age. Moreover, the lack of fibers in junk food equals a damaged digestive system. This may cause constipation as well.
Therefore, we see how junk food companies are fooling people. They are deceiving them into consuming their junk food to increase their sales. Thus, we need to realize this fact as soon as possible. Try to replace junk food with healthy food. Prepare your meals at home instead of ordering outside.
