Ms Nilanthi Rayen
Vice-Principal (Senior School)
Ms. Nilanthi Rayen is a passionate educator with over 13 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership. An M.Sc. in Physics and a B.Ed. holder, she is also a Cambridge International Diploma graduate for Teachers and Trainers, and actively contributes to academic quality initiatives.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Physics, Ms. Nilanthi specialises in academic coaching for senior students, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring. Her strengths lie in strategic planning, effective communication, and maintaining high academic standards, making her a valuable leader at CMR National Public School.
Ms Pravitha Nair
Vice-Principal (Early Years - Middle School)
With over 10 years in education, Ms. Pravitha Nair is an enthusiastic educator dedicated to developing independent, curious, and confident learners. A postgraduate in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, she also holds a B.Ed, M.Ed and a certification in 3D Animation.
Her interests are varied, ranging from Carnatic music, Bharatanatyam, and sketching to debates and elocution, reflecting her belief in holistic development. Known for her warmth, sincerity, and collaborative spirit, Ms. Pravitha is a lifelong learner who thrives in diverse educational settings and believes in nurturing both academic and creative excellence.
Ms Anupama Varma
Academic Coordinator - Senior School
Ms. Anupama Varma is a dedicated and goal-oriented educator with over a decade of experience at CMR National Public School. Holding an M.Sc. in Geo-Informatics and an M.Sc. in Physics, she transitioned from a career in GIS and remote sensing to teaching Mathematics and Science, driven by her passion for education.
A trained classical dancer in Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, and Mohiniyattam, Ms. Anupama’s multifaceted interests enrich her teaching approach. Committed to helping students overcome barriers and realise their potential, she brings academic rigour and cultural appreciation into her leadership.
Ms Liju P Raju

An experienced science educator, Ms. Liju P Raju holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology, a B.Ed., and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Education. With over 9 years of teaching experience, she specialises in fostering inquiry-based, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environments.

Ms. Swapna Prajeeth has been a dedicated member of CMR National Public School for over 16 years, with 13 years as a primary and middle school teacher and 3 years as a Co-Curricular Coordinator. A postgraduate in English Literature, she believes that extracurricular activities are vital to reinforcing classroom learning and developing well-rounded individuals.
A passionate educator, Ms. Swapna values discipline, integrity, and lifelong learning. Beyond academics, she enjoys gardening, travelling, and birdwatching, bringing a spirit of curiosity and care to her role in nurturing students’ holistic growth.
Ms. Vandana Saxena
Co-Curricular Coordinator
A nationally and internationally acclaimed artist and educator, Ms. Vandana Saxena brings over 20 years of experience in Hindustani classical music, Kathak dance, Hindi literature, and theatre arts. She holds Master’s degrees in these disciplines, a B.Ed., and certifications in counselling and child behaviour.
As a cultural ambassador, she has represented India globally and received prestigious recognitions such as the Surmani Award, Swara Vilas Recognition, and Nritya Shiromani title. At CMR National Public School, she leads innovative, interdisciplinary programs that integrate the arts with academics, fostering creativity, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness among students.
Ms. Suchithra Bhaskar
Admin Manager
Ms. Suchithra is a graduate in Information Technology with over six years of experience in administrative roles. Currently, she works as an Admin Manager at CMR National Public School.
With a deep passion for art and music—they are her creative outlets and constant sources of inspiration. She believes in continuous learning and always looks for ways to grow, both personally and professionally. She takes pride in her communication skills, which has played a key role in building strong relationships and fostering collaboration in every team she has been part of.
